I’m glad you had a good experience with customer service Katrina, I had a real bad time with them. It took me two months of going round in circles to get my issues resolved and it really put me off them. It’s nice to see somebody had a good experience though because it makes me feel mine may have been an isolated case xx

You know who’s really exceptionally good, Latest in Beauty. I had to contact them over a tiny issue and they ended up sending me two free gifts and some vouchers plus a replacement product. I was really impressed with them x

I’ve had both subscription boxes before but only get Glossybox now. I think Glossybox is the best however Look Fantastic is good as well

Oh no! I'm sorry you aren't impressed :( maybe if you sell your boxes on ebay you can recoup some money. Have you joined the subscription box pages on facebook? It's a handy way to sell items you don't want. Boxession is a good one x

I’m a bit late to the party, but take a look at Latest in Beauty. They have a few different options (3, 6, 9 items) and you can choose to have a curated box or pick your own items from a pretty large selection.
