I use this every night or every second night if I don’t remember. I soak the cotton pad with this product and I place it on my eyes until the cotton pad has dried up (about 30 mins). You don’t see results straight away but it does reduce the appearance of dark circles in a couple months time (if you use everyday or every second day for that couple of months). It soothes the under eye so it’s perfect for those who have puffy or swollen sore eyes.

I love this product so much, it smells basically like cucumber water and my mouth waters everytime I use it, it is so refreshing and soothing. I do not get really puffy eyes (unless I've had a little much gin the night before) and for this reason I dont use it every day but I do when my eyes feel tired or doing a face mask, i soak 2 cotton pads and place them under my eyes for some extra hydration. Just love it

I got this as part of a set with the eye cream. I would purchase the set again but wouldn't go out of my way to buy this.
It is cooling and feels really nice on irritated eyes but I didnt notice a visual change after using it.
I tried to remove eye make up with it and although it removed some I wouldn't recommend it as an eye make remover.

I bought this after seeing a certain celeb rave about it on tv. It feels cooling and I see how that would revive tired eyes. I wouldn’t use as a remover or anything other than to freshen up eyes. Doesn’t hydrate!
It’s an odd product

I have previously used this and having been diagnosed with Dry Eye and MGD, I hoped that this would help keep my eye area clean and moisturised. I use it as part of my skincare routine in the morning and evening and as compress when my eyes feel sore, tired and itchy. As part of my morning routine it helps remove sleep from my eyes. During my evening routine it helps make sure that I have removed my eye makeup and keep my eyelashes clean. I keep one in my drawer and another in the fridge to use when I need a compress. It is cool and soothing to my eyes and since using it regularly I have attached the noticed that the symptoms of Dry Eye and MGD are under control if not improved. This will stay in my skincare routine and as part of the arsenal for helping me keep my Dry Eye and MGD under control.

This is a confusing product! It would be better off having one target and sticking to it. It's terrible as an eye make up remover - although to be fair it does state 'light' removal. This would take a lot of rubbing to even attempt to remove mascara and it does slightly sting. I've taken to using it mornings only just to freshen up my eyes and to catch any last traces of eye make-up that may have been missed the night before. It doesn't seem to have any benefit as an eye care product either - I haven't noticed any decrease in puffiness or dark circles. And unfortunately the smell is bad too :(

Firstly the marketing is misleading. It's called an 'eye lotion' which makes it sound like an eye cream. However it's a clear liquid & I had to do some research on how to use it. It seems it's like a micellar water/toner for your eyes. It removes makeup (though I've not tested this), refreshes & supposedly helps treat tired eyes. For a few days I've dabbed this on with a cotton pad 2x daily b4 moisturizing. It does feel soothing but no more so than water. The smell is odd but not strong & I haven't noticed any effects yet. I will have to discontinue use though as it's making my skin itchy.

I have been trialling this for a few days now and my first impression is that's a nice natural eye lotion, has a funny smell at first, reminds me of that stuff they use to clean up tattoos with! But I got used to it now. It doesn't remove any waterproof makeup so don't even try, because you'll only irritate your eyes. It stings a little bit, but it does feel refreshing when you soak cotton pads and place over your eyes for a bit. Helps slightly to reduce dark circles. Overall a good product to revive tired eyes and reduce puffiness. Not tested on animals is a big plus too!
