I have this pencil and use it every day it's so good! It's soft on the brows and glides in so well it's great for filling them in! And it's great for a natural brow look it's build able and not crazy crazy expensive. Love it!

I am in my late teens/early 20's with combination, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, oily with normal texture.

This pencil is very waxy and with having wire-like, thick eyebrows myself the pencil seems to stick to the hairs and creates a lumpy look. I think this only costs around £1 so therefore you cannot complain about quality, I do think this could work reasonably well for people with fine, dark eyebrows!
