This is quite a flimsy brush as it is spread out into a fan but there aren’t many bristles making it very thin and skinny, which makes it kind of just flatten out on the skin and not keeps it shape. It doesn’t piece up the product well and for highlight on the cheeks it makes it very thin and unnatural. The bristles are definitely plastic and are also slightly prickly but it isn’t bad. The only thing that I can imagine using it for is to apply nose or brow bone highlight since you want to be a but more precise and I don’t want it to be to out there.
It’s okay for the nose and brow bone but for the face it’s a no.👎
