Recently brought two just before Christmas, although it blends out like a dream. The actual stick fell out of its container as I was using it. It also dried up fairly quickly 🤔🤔 wouldn’t buy again

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with dry, tanned tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is dark brown, dry with normal texture.
This contour stick didn’t work well with my Estée Lauder foundation. My foundation actually came off in the places contour was applied. I was hoping for good things with this one 😕

I saw this and thought oh my! Thought I better try it in the evening before I stepped out and was pleasantly surprised at how light, natural golden the true hue is. I use a liquid glow foundation and this gel stick applies so easily without dragging or pulling my base off as I blend it. The colour is buildable and so natural you would t guess I'd contoured. Much better than my usual heavy powder tones that are hard to blend. This is a wonder product and great for the contour newbies as well as the pros. The price is well deserved for such a unique and customisable product for all skin tones ❤️

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with normal, light tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, normal with normal texture.
My friend gave me this to try and I love it! As I have dry skin, I find that contour powders can make my dryness a little bit worse throughout the day. Using my Double Wear Foundation as a base, I find this seamlessly blends with highlight and blush, leaving no nasty brown lines which are unblended which I hate. I also finds this works especially well when a few drops of facial oil (usually Rosehip) are added to my contour brush as this helps my dry skin look hydrated and not look flaky throughout the day. I will definitely be purchasing the full sized option! My new go to! 😊

I have quite pale skin which makes contouring quite tricky. I tend to use quite light powders and avoid any cream or stick contouring products. So i was sceptical of this product especially as the colour looks quite dark. But it is amazing!! It glides smoothly across the skin with a wash of light bronze. It it buildable to the shade that suits you or for when you are out and want a more drastic look. It blends really easily with a sponge and leaves a soft natural contour. Hands down my new favourite product and now my go to for contouring. Cannot recommend this enough.

This is a strange looking product, the colour of it is scary and the gel texture is a bit odd. When you apply it it is quite sheer and gives a really natural and gentle contour colour. It can be built up if you want. I was surprised at how well it lasted through the day. Goes on easily over foundation and blends with brushes or fingers (I imagine a sponge would work too). I think this product is definitely worth trying out.

Oh how I love this product. I wish all my makeup products came with the lovely cooling feeling this has on application. I find it really easy to apply to contour over my foundation and it blends flawlessly. Despite the colour looking very dark it applies lightly and is buildable. On no make up days it adds a hint of colour to my very pale face! Over foundation I find this blends best with a damp sponge, and I prefer a brush to blend on my bare face.

I was put off by the colour of this product and thought it was going to wreck my makeup... HOW WRONG I WAS! Another amazing illamasqua find - this stick glides on (weirdly it's very cooling!) and the colour is way, way lighter than it looks. I've always been a fan of powder but I don't think I'll ever go back to it now after discovering this gel like stick (not sure how to describe it). Easily blends, you can add more for a really defined look and doesn't make your foundation "slip" (this is what makes me usually use powder). Can't recommend enough as staying power is immense. Try it!

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with dry, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is dark brown, dry with coarse texture.
I don’t normally get on with cream products after applying liquid foundation, At first I was like “oh my that looks dark but hey ho” I applied it to my contour points on my face which it felt silky and didn’t need feel heavy or drying. I blended it with my beauty sponge and it didn’t take ages but left me with an actual sculpt shadow rather than a bronzed look! It blended out to a non drastic shade and actually gave my face shape and definition. I am not used to the colour but from the result I will definitely be using it again
