This Would be perfect if your new to gel/pot liner and don’t want to spend much on one. It’s got good pigmentation and easy enough to apply. But it drys out super quickly and becomes extremely difficult to use. Which is a shame because it is a decent product when useable

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with oily, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, oily with normal texture.
I've used pen liners forever, but after getting lash extensions, had to find an oil free formula.
So I got this on Amazon.
I am not the best at liner, my wings are never twins. More like distant cousins.
But this liner plus the brush it comes with.... absolute fire.
So pigmented, one swipe and done. But don't get it wet, or it bleeds. And wash the brush after use or it goes rock hard.

I am in my mid 30's with combination, tanned tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is black, processed with coarse texture.
I bought this a while ago and was happy with it and that was until it started drying up and become hard to get onto the brush and then the lid..... the black isn't very black it looks washed out after a while.
I wouldn't buy again due to it drying out quickly and become solid and even on the brush it's stuck to it making the brush bristles go stiff if that makes sense.

This was the first gel liner i bought. I was impressed at first but after i found the kiko gel liner this one seemed so tough to use. It dried out quickly. It was really dry and would dry out after couple of uses. The kiko one is really smooth and silky. I had the purple one of this as well and that seemed more drier than the jet black. Would not buy again

Its a decent enough black gel liner- the pigment is very jet black which is great! The problem i had with it is not long after having it the formula would go hard and clumpy, heating it up with my hairdryer helped soften it but I found Elf's black gel eyeliner overall better.

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with normal, light tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is dark brown, normal with fine texture.
Bought this on recommendation from a friend but can't get on with it at all.
It's too black (never thought I'd say that), but dries way too quickly - I'm not great at eyeliner so it's not great for fixing errors as it's dried out!
Find I've to drag my brush across my eye lid too which is annoying.
Disappointed sadly.

When the gel liner concept initially dropped in the market, this was my first product that I tried in the gel liner range. I'm still continuing with the same brand gel liner. It's an extremely black liner and the gel texture makes it easy to work with but it can dry up a lil too soon so need to draw the line faster. It at times leaves smudge marks on my upper lid but otherwise it's a very easy to use liner and gives great definition to my eyes👍

Love how much of a dark black this eyeliner is! So easy to apply but i do prefer a different brush to the one it came with. Literally glides on its so creamy. I would use a bit of setting power around the eyeliner as it will smudge. Hate the box it comes in! But overall its lovely!

I have had this product in my makeup bag for a while and have bought it on more than one occasion. I seem to remember Maybelline being one of the first ‘high street’ brands to bring out an eyeliner in the gel format and I was quite impressed. I find the formulation to be quite creamy, easy to apply and very intensely black. The brush it comes with is OK but the effect with an angled eyeliner brush is better because the product does seem to clump a bit on the provided brush. I haven’t used any high end gel liners so can’t compare (hence 4*) but it is a lovely product.

I’m always using eyeliner to to complete my eye look. Im known for the one who wear eyeliner (constantly). This has to be my favourite gel liner I have tried so far. You have a get a great line and wing. It lasts all day too. Easy to apply with the right liner brush. Great price too

Maybelline New York Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner 24h is designed to give an intense black line. The long-lasting gel formula means up to 24 hour hold. Easy to apply with the brush which is included. A favourite of Vogue's Beauty Director, Kathleen Baird-Murray: My problem with eyeliner has always been that approximately five minutes after careful application my eyelids appear to have eaten it, or else worse it has run south to join the shadows under my eyes. This one stays in place long after its applied, so its a winner. You can create different looks and intensities with Maybelline New York Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner 24h. - Oil-free formula holds highly concentrated pigments in a clear gel base. - Smudge-proof and waterproof for 24 hours. - Most intense line for lasting drama. - Safe for sensitive eyes and ophthalmologist-tested. - Contact lens safe.
