Very good eyeliner for someone who isn’t super experienced in doing it, the tip was thin and so allowed me to create a perfect wing. It’s very black and so is dramatic and it deffo lasts once on. Is fairly easy to remove when applying if you make mistakes tho so not sure it’s the best if you’re looking for something waterproof

I love eyeliner so I'm pretty picky when it comes to creating the perfect wing. I hate when liners get stuck along the lash line and the Stila stay all day glides on EFFORTLESSLY. The tip is so fine which allows for expert precision and dries down to a super intense black. I wanted to test this out on a hot day so I wore it out for a long walk in the sun to see if it would budge. The rest of my makeup obviously needed touched up when I got home but the eyeliner was almost perfect so I was pleasantly surprised! If you like the Tarte sex kitten eyeliner then you will definitely enjoy this one :)

I had heard a lot about Stila and wanted to try something of their’s so this was my first purchase. I wanted to use something other than black as I am always using black eye liner. This has a dark grey shimmer to it and as a woman of a certain age feels that wearing shimmer and glitter should be subtle. This is easy to apply and you can create either a thin line or a thick liner. The shape of the tip helps create a great flick if that’s how you want to wear your eyeliner. If like me you suffer from Dry Eye and/or MGD unfortunately this product contains some of the nasties that you have to avoid as they can cause irritation.

✨I bought this when I ran out my Kat Von D Tattoo Liner. So glad I did because I love it! It is really pigmented and gives an ultra black look. It doesn’t drag across the lash line at all and gives a really clean, even finish. As it is a felt liner it is really easy to apply and with the continuous flow of product enables a flawless finish. It is really long wearing and you don’t end up with the dreaded panda eyes halfway through the day! I love the way it has a ball bearing in to shake the product up, to make sure you get every last drop! It is a bit steep at £16, but the results are totally worth it!

I’ve never been able to really get the hang of liquid eyeliner but really want to try and get the hang of it. Is there a particular liquid eyeliner you’d recommend to start with?? Xx
@michellec Personally, I think if you’re new to liquid eyeliner a pen eyeliner is probably the best place to start as I find you have more control, then move onto a freehand liquid one when you build you’re confidence up. When I was learning, I found it easier to follow your lower lash line up, then connect it to the highest mid point on your eyelid, then fill in the gaps. Let me know how you get on! xx
