I like these eyeliners for everyday because of the rubber blending tip. I have looked for similar products but No. 7 seems to be the only brand that does them. The pencil itself is very soft therefore I would not recommend for a precise line, just for a smudged/ smokey look. The product is pigmented (I have the colour Blackest which is more of a gunmetal grey)
and lasts well throughout the day but I do agree with other reviews that say it is not great for the waterline.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, fair tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with coarse texture.
Swatches beautifully but does not work on the water line - I purple, navy and emerald. Colour doesn't go on, you have to press really hard to get even a sheer layer. But off of the waterline (lower lash line and lid) they work well. You can find uses for them but they aren't good for lining the eyes. I shall not repurchase.

When testing on my hand in the shop, the colour was good BUT it doesn't work on the eyes. Impossible to apply without making the eye really sore. Perhaps I have just purchased a 'dud' but I won't be buying this product again which is a pity.

this product is so smooth and easy to apply! it lasts all day and the shades are beautiful. I bought a gift set at Christmas and use it when I want a pop of colour. It glides on easily and lasts all day as well as being easy to apply.

Works amazing. The colour is very defined on my eyes. Last a good while which is exactly what I'm looking for. Great product for creating a smoky eye with.

I bought the Green one with my No7 voucher and was very impressed. The pencil itself was soft but was not too flimsy so it was really easy to apply to either the top or bottom of the lid. The colour is bold and bright and is perfect for an alternative to black liner, although its too bright for me for daytime wear so I keep it for going out and such. Will definitely be trying other shades too!
