I really wanted to love this, it seemed nice once I applied it, and the colors are pretty BUT no matter what I tried this turned into a crumbly gross unattractive mess after just a few hours of wear. It’s like it dried up and shriveled on my lips as I wore it and the little flakes would end up on my face. And yes I tried all sorts of lip primers and liners just because i liked the color so much and it was no use.

I was reluctant to try matte liquid lipstick again after my epic fail with the maybelline matte liquid ink but was intrigued by the description of this being a cream lip, I purchased in the shade cannes and Stockholm, one a pretty light peachy shade and the other a really pretty mid tone rosy pink. The packaging of this product is great as it is is designed to be the same shade as the lipstick making it super easy to pick out the shades that would suit me, as its naturally so difficult right now with no shops being able to have testers out! I find them really easy to apply with the small doe foot applicator, the texture is so creamy and I don't find it clings to any dry patches, it also doesn't dry my lips out through the course of the day. I haven't yet tried it out all day but it does seem to last really well for at least 4 hours and doesn't lose any product from the centre of my lips when drinking. Can't wait to try out more shades in this excellent range!

I absolutely love these lip creams, they have great coverage and easy to apply and considering the price last really well. When you apply the product to your lips you do get a real creamy feel x

I have purchased this probably 28439 times (lol) and nothing beats it!!
I use it in the colour 'CANNES' and the shade is literally my lips but better. It looks so natural and does not feeling drying at all. The colour is extremely versatile - it goes with all eye looks. Its the perfect lipstick for any event.

I bought a few shades of these matte lip creams back when they were at the height of their popularity and after trying them I was left disappointed. I have no problems with the pigment in the nude shades, but the brighter and darker shades have very little pigment and they applied patchy. Also, I found that if I applied more than one layer of the product it felt dry and it started to crumble. I think that these matte lip creams are more suited for teenagers that are just starting to discover and wear makeup.

i have amsterdam which is a bright blue red, london which is a beige brown nude, cairo which is a pale pink nude, copenhagen which is a red purple, transylvania which is a dark purple, vancouver which is an eggplant purple, rome which is a dark peachy nude and dubai which is a dark brown, these are so creamy, last ages on the lip, dont dry your lips, a big shade range for everyone, perfect for travel, loads of product

I purchased this as an alternative to my usual Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick which I have recently discovered is NOT cruelty-free as the company tests on animals.
This NYX lipstick IS cruelty-free, and available in a brilliant range of colours. I purchased this is Leon which is a beautiful rich taupe nude. It is creamy to apply, very pigmented, and long-lasting - I wore this throughout my postgrad graduation and it lasted pretty much all day without needing to be reapplied.
Although the bottle size is quite small, it matches the price which is very inexpensive, and I've got a lot of uses out of it so far without running out.
Would definitely recommend this product in the colour above and am looking forward to trying it in other colours in the range!

Nice product that applies beautifully and drys down just as beautifully. The Big issue for me with this lip cream is it's scented. I'm not a fan of overly scented lip products, had a very almost sickly sweet scent to it, put me right off! But this really is a beautiful lip product, I so wish it didn't have the scent because I would have been right back to purchase more, it didn't work for me personally but I can see why people love these.

This product is soft and gentle on your lips, drying down to a lovely matte. I've previously used shades 'London' and 'Los Angeles' and was a little disappointed by the lack of pigment, I had expected a little more brown tones nudes. Despite that, once paired with a nice lipliner the lip cream is great and blends to create an almost new tone. These are my everyday go-to and I look forward to trying more shades from the growing range.
