I am in my late teens/early 20's with combination, light tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, processed with normal texture.
Can be used all over face and under eye. Pair this with Revolution Eye Pigment cream and dark circles will be reduced significantly. Really good, will last ages.

I bought this after I finished The Ordinary Caffeine eye serum and I actually think I prefer this one.
It’s less tacky and drying than The Ordinary.
It’s great for hydrating the undereye area and does help your under eye concealer not to cake or exaggerate fine lines. I also find it good at soothing puffiness - especially in the morning.
I haven’t noticed any reduction in dark circles though. I’d buy this again when it runs out mainly for the hydration and because it sits well under makeup.
