I like how this product applies to my scalp and it has a nice fresh scent. It only needs a few minutes which is a plus as i don't like waiting around for products to do their thing- I was worried it was going to leave my hair flat and heavy but the day after it felt nice and bouncy and my scalp did feel cleansed which was a nice surprise. I color my hair a lot and apply heat so I imagine this product might help alleviate the damage- The reason for not purchasing though unfortunately its a bit too expensive i feel for its purpose.

As someone who suffers with a flaky scalp this has been great for me as it really does exfoliate the scalp. I love the smell of the product and the cooling sensation but getting the beads out is a nightmare. Even if you rinse, rinse again and comb it out still there are beads! I would buy this product again if they were to improve it. If you suffer with a flaky scalp I would recommend as it does clear it up.

I think this is a great idea, I get build up and have greasy roots and in theory it’s the product I’ve been waiting for... in practice it’s a nightmare! The beads don’t wash away easily and even after rinsing for what seemed like and eternity I still found more beads!
I would love to see if they could make this easier because it really is what I need it just doesn’t work for me I’m afraid!

I will not buy this again. It smells lovely, if a bit overpowering, but trying to get rid of the exfoiliating beads, has been a nightmare. Rather than feeling as though my hair had been detoxed, it felt as though i had washed my hair in sand!!!

Head Felt Fresh.... After Half an Hour of Risining
This exfoliating treatment makes your hair feel admittedly soft and smooth, after about half an hour trying to rinse the beads from my scalp! It felt like I was washing my hair after a day at the beach. It does, however, smell lovely and clean and my hair does look as if it has a little more volume. As for whether or not my hair has grown I cannot say, I already have pretty long hair (bum length) and I didn't notice an acceleration in growth. The tingling sensation mentioned on the container is somewhat satisfying and feels fresher, don't think I can see past the microbeads lost on my scalp.

From the few uses I've had so far I can say that this product gave a super cool tingling sensation to my head. Having a greasy hair I can relate to what this product is trying to achieve,it's like a pre wash treatment to help the later products sink in and work better. Apart from the cooling sensation I didn't enjoy anything else. It claims to have wonderful properties that technically helps in getting better hair but all that is pulled down by the castor oil beads used as an exfoliant. It's bit hard to wash it out completely plus I noticed while brushing my hair that some still stuck on 😕.

This was part of a Grow Gorgeous set - I wish it had just been a shampoo rather than a pre-shampoo exfoliator included. Both myself and my husband have been using these for the past week. He doesn't have much hair so he was fine using this (although he wasn't too impressed with this compared to the Christophe Robin exfoliating paste). I have thicker and longer hair and I found this really difficult to actually get into my roots and much more difficult to wash out. In fact, I found my scalp has had a couple of sore spots in the past week so I think this has irritated rather than helped.

I like the idea of this and exfoliating my scalp. It smells nice. The consistency is grainy like a facial scrub. I get product build up so for me this is a good idea to use but it is really hard to wash out all of the grainy bits. My hair is quite fine so imagine with thicker hair it would be near impossible. Because of this I won't be purchasing this product once the sample has finished.

I like the idea of being able to exfoliate your scalp but this product isn't very practical to use. I found it really difficult to properly exfoliate my scalp (due to my hair being in the way!) and it was also really difficult to wash the beads out. The scent is also quite strong, and I found it quite overwhelming, so I wouldn't recommend this to people who are sensitive to strong scents.

I have been using this on and off for a few months and I haven't really seen any difference. I love the idea of it but there is no sign of anything significant happening. I found that it was really difficult to wash out, I could still feel the bits in my hair, even after shampooing and slightly less after conditioning. I quite like the scent but that's about it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.
