I've been using this for about 8 months now and I can definitely see the difference, I had quite dark under eye circles, which I was told will never go and they are hereditary etc. BUT this has made a difference 100%!
My under eyes are brighter and the darkness has lessened noticeably I don't mind going without makeup now. Also it's vegan so even better!! For the price this is amazing for what it has done. Very happy and will be a lifetime buyer of this. Love the ordinary products and I recommend them to everyone :) Just try it out its definitely worth it!!!

Love this, if you suffer with puffy under eyes or just want to keep them super soft this is ideal and super affordable. It feels really cooling on the skin and I enjoy using it. I don't suffer with dark circles so I can't comment on that but it's definitely helped to de puff! Xx

This has helped me a lot with the appearance of dark circles. I had really bad ones and was happy to use if twice daily for 3 months, but does not clear them totally. I have liked it during the time I have used it and feel it would work better for people with lesser dark circles. It was really cooling under the eye and I would wear it before my make up and would be just perfect.

I purchased this caffeine solution quite a while ago as I suffer with really puffy eye bags 😭
When using this I found that it had a nice formula, lightweight and absorbed in pretty quickly . It has a really nice cooling effect (I know some people keep their eye creams/serums in the fridge for an extra cooling effect) and felt really refreshing.
It really did help in the mornings to calm down the puffiness but the results were not long lasting . Using it regularly I also didn’t see any significant improvements to eye bags or dark circles
I think this would be a nice pick me up in the mornings if you also suffer with really puffy eyes but it’s not really worked as a treatment for dark circles or eye bags unfortunately. It is affordable, but I would not purchase this again as I have better results with an eye cream

Have been using this every night for a few months now and can see slight differences in puffiness and general brightness of the area. Have purchased again and will do in the future. It can sting if you get it too close to your eye though beware.

✨Ugh I loathe this product. I’m forever looking for a miracle product which will rid me of my dark circles which you can see from space, and this is definitely not it! In fact, after using this product since August, my dark circles have actually got WORSE. I don’t like the very fluid formula, as it makes it very difficult to keep the product just in your eye area and it just spreads all over your face. Luckily, I don’t suffer from puffy eyes, so I don’t know how it performs with these, but it certainly doesn’t work on dark circles. I’ve even tried keeping it in the fridge to see if this makes a difference to encourage the blood circulation, but this doesn’t work either. Luckily this product is only £6, so I’ve not wasted lots of dollars on it and I’ve just given it to my bestie. The best thing about this product is the bag it came in when visiting The Ordinary shop in Covent Garden! I really really wanted to love this, but I just can’t!

I am a crazy person, who never gets enough sleep and drinks way too much coffee and does all the other things that make any person prone to dark under eye circles guaranteed to get them! As such, I've tried every concealer/treatment/preventative measure and never had much luck - however, upon hearing the hype about "The Ordinary" I thought I'd give this product a shot as an introduction into this line. OMG I AM SO GLAD I DID. IT ACTUALLY WORKS! It does almost instantly depuff my under eye area, makes some of lines less visible as a result, and it has visibly brightened the entire area to the point where I actually am barely even using under eye concealer as part of my routine anymore. I'm only in my early 30s but it feels like it's literally taken years off my face just by making me look "awake". I've been using it for over a month and I'm not even halfway through the bottle! Given the price for this product - I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with puffiness/circles to try it. Once it's back in stock, I'll probably buy a couple of bottles since it seems to sell out frequently like the rest of the brand. I have since tried several other of this brands products and while I'm loving some of the other formulas - this particular one was really a game changer for me!

This product is good value for money in the fact it lasts ages and it so cheap however for me the cons outta this. This is very light and not hydrating. After using for a few months haven’t seen any differences to the eye area however the bottle eww. It piles up around the sides and for this reason I have had to chuck it. I try to be so careful with products to close/ put lids etc back on carefully to avoid this but it was becoming rather off putting. A no for me.. have other products to try for the ordinary however not overly impressed so far

Love this, great as an eye serum and sits really nicely underneath eye creams and eye makeup. It's a very slow process as I have very very far under eye circles, however, I can see that the area has started to go down in shade. Can't beat the price either - so much more affordable than the high end versions.

Got caught up in the hype. Bought this and a variety of other stuff from Deciem.
Ripped open the box, super eager to try it!!
On application, it stung a little in the outer corners but I figured I’d just not been careful enough and got some in my eyes...
Three applications later and it’s Been binned! Rather than look smooth and refreshed, my under eyes look puffy, dry and scaly and more lined than before!!! Three weeks later and I’m still doing damage limitation!
I don’t have particularly sensitive skin but my eyes are now! Back to the drawing board and back to my clinique!
