This toner is great for combination skin. It tightens my pores but does not over dry my skin. It prevents sebum build up and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and cooled. It also has a great smell and is really good value for money.

✨I was really looking forward to trying this, as with having acne prone skin I thought it would be really good for it. Turns out is extremely drying and makes my skin really sensitive! I’ve never had dry and oily skin at the same time 😂 It smells horrible as well - really herby not in a good way! I would much rather recommend a salicylic acid or Niacinamide toner if you have oily/acne prone skin, as I find them much less dry, cheaper too! £16 is really expensive for a toner in my opinion, and not a nice one either. Not for me!

I am in my mid 30's with combination, medium tone skin and green eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with fine texture.
So I actually thought my cleanser worked, especially after a double cleanse!
But then came along this little bad boy and omg what a shock I got.
You can swipe him over a cleansed face on a cotton pad and you will still see traces of makeup being removed, I mean this REALLY DOES get every last trace of dirt removed. It also gives your face a very fresh and clean feel which is a world away from using just cleanser on its own.
I must admit, I usually skip the step of toning but now that I’ve tried this product, I’ll never miss out using a toner ever again!

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with normal, light tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is black, normal with fine texture.
I got a sample of this through the pick and mix service on feel unique as I had been interested to try. Difficult to review as small sample so only used 2 days morning and night. This works well as a toner and did not irritate my skin. My skin felt clean not tight post use. As I said I only used for 2 days so hard to review but it did not worsen my breakouts nor make them better. It was a nice toner however I don’t tend to use a toner daily so would repurchase for that reason.

I sampled this thanks to birchbox and I loved the smell but it was a little harsh on my skin with continued use, and I didn’t really see any great changes to my skin. There are cheaper toners that work better.

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with sensitive, light tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with coarse texture.
This is a fresh and beautiful toner. It has a herbal smell to it and it leaves skin feeling clear, clarified and clean.
Skin is left soft and not tight like most toners do. It is suitable for those with breakouts, blackheads, acne, excess oil, visible pores and need for real skin brightening. There is no stinging with this toner nor the feeling of skin feeling incredibly stripped. Skin feels smoother and even toned post application.
My skin is extremely oily and greasy. I found this to work very well on it. I felt that there were much fewer break outs as the toner seems to go in for a quite deep toning experience. I am unable to comment on how well this would work for more sensitive skin types.
Toning is extremely crucial in the daily skincare process and I found that this product was particularly effective on my difficult skin.
Those users with a particular dislike for alcohol may wish to research this product out further before purchasing.
