I have straight, slightly pointed downward Asian eyelashes, making it difficult to find mascaras that work with my lashes.
This mascara is a game changer, I’ve tried many mascaras from benefit’s roller lash to other max factors, but this is the best one I’ve had by far.
It holds the curl all day, volumises and and lengthens my lashes, making the end result look fairly natural and very fluttery, a look I really like (I apply two coats).
Only downside is that the waterproof can be hard to get off, unless you have an oil based makeup remover. And slight smudges at the end of the day.

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with dry, tanned tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is black, asian with normal texture.
I bought this by accident when intending to get the original ‘Max Factor False Lash Effect.’ I found it to be quite a different formula which felt a lot thinner and it didn’t give as much volume or curl. I don’t really buy mascaras for the waterproof effect so I can’t really comment on that aspect, however I just didn’t enjoy this product.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, fair tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with coarse texture.
This mascara is really pigmented and you do get that "false lash effect" look. My only problem is that i find it really hard to remove even with waterproof mascara wipes and doesn't come off until the next day

If you are worried that a waterproof version of this doesn't coat your lashes or makes them looking amazing don't . It is exactly the same as the original but it is waterproof and great if your eyes water a lot like mine !

Absolutely loved this product it is very water proof and make your lashes longer and more volume, has no clumps and separates your eyelashes very well stays on your lashes all day with out any smudges would definitely buy this product again and would highly recommend

Very good! 100% is waterproof. Makes your lashes look so nice and seperated. Would probaby buy again as i know its the only one i know is waterproof for me. Doesn't spread or drop under your eyes through the day either.

smudges very easy, not waterproof at all but does stay on longer than the other mascaras, leaves your eyelashes stuck together if water gets them so it doesn't come off but leaves your eyelashes in a state and does smudge(not what i would call waterproof) but is ok for day use

I have just re-purchased this product as I was pleased with my first one. It has a very big brush, which I was not used to but it applies very well. I use a primer on my lashes as they are very sparse and this helps the product to make my lashes look more dense. It took me ages to find a product that did not smudge under my eyes! This does need a good remover as it is waterproof.
