I was subscribed to glossybox for just over a year, at first it was amazing and all products really amazed me however, as time went on you start seeing a lot of products that are the same.
I have now unsubcribed to this box due to 3 boxes all missing products and when contacting their customer service being told well we are sold out, or sending random replacements that I wasn't missing.
I wouldn't subscribe to this box again as I think I got my enjoyment out of it and the products were good whilst they were all different.

I've been subscribed to Glossybox for almost 2 years now and I would definitely recommend it to a friend however some of the products you get can be a bit of a let down

I have been a subscriber for glossybox for over 18 months, I adore these beautiful boxes. They come with 5 products inside (some may be samples but you do get a lot of full sized) that are well protected and tied with a ribbon. Sometime the box changes design when they collaborate with someone. The boxes also have themes of their product each month. It is an amazing way of trying new brands and products.

Been buying glossybox subscription boxes for W couple months now an it makes me soo happy! It’s like a little treat to myself an I love it as I get to try new products :’) I’ve never really experimented with make up or even used any moisturisers/ beauty products before my monthly boxes so it’s really nice to try new things😃

Great value, especially if you sign up for 6months or a year. The value of the products in the box is always significantly higher than what you pay. They also offer a good number of full size products. Its a fab way to try new products. A fab treat to have delivered each month.

I've been a subscriber since November 2019 so had enough time to try it myself and review. First thing packaging. One of my favourite packagings among subscription boxes. Originally it's a pink box, but sometimes during the year they're themed like christmas or valentines. Also I like to reuse them at home to store makeup and other little things. Secondly: what's in the box? You get 5 products a month. It's a mixture of full size and deluxe size products. Some months you can get all full size products. It ranges from makeup to skin care. Third: value. I think it's a great value for the box if I'm not wrong is £10+p&p which is amazing because you get products for over £50 worth. Fourth: the products itself. Since it's a mystery box you dont know what you could get and sometimes its something you're not into, so if that's not your thing I wouldn't recommend subscribe. The purpose of it is to try different things every month which I'm okay with. Even if it's something I wouldn't gravitate to buy in store at least I tried it. Fifth: perks. With each month after receiving your box you get to do surveys and get points which you can spend at lookfantastic. And the last one: customer service. Personally I've had no issue with customer service, contacted maybe once or twice and issue was resolved quickly. I do see on instagram that people have issues which I think Glossybox could address these issues better, for example if they're running late with deliveries they should make a post about it on their social media because not letting people know about this makes customers frustrated. Overall I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of their issue handling with customers, but still like the box and idea of trying new stuff every month.

I have been getting this around 7/8 months, have found it mostly good, definately good value for money as every box contains one quite expensive product so all else a bonus, ok, some have things in not to my personal taste but geninuely have gained some really nice products both skincare and makeup, did wish there would be maybe primers and foundations included once in a while but that is really the only criticism I have, always comes on time, really nicely
packaged does be quite heavy on lip balm but at least thats useable and does’nt go to waste, over time has included things like quite good makeup brushes, beauty blender which was good quality, face cleaning cloths which I really love, skincare products, some good makeup items from eyeshadows to huda eye liner, some lovely
lip glosses, have also had nice haircare items included and a really nice exfoliater that made me buy a large one again, so definatelty worth the money

I have been subscribed to Glossybox for over 7 years and I love it. The products are always a good size and tailored to your profile. There's a good mix of make up, skincare and haircare so should suit everyone, whatever your preference. The boxes are a pretty pink as standard but over the last couple of years they've really tried hard to mix things up and introduce themed boxes which are so beautiful. I keep them and use them as unusual gift boxes or display them to add an interesting feature. The products inside are always worth a great deal more than you pay and the handy description card that arrives inside the box too gives you the rrp of each item and a little insight into the products themselves. I also love the sneak peek of what to expect next month. I would recommend Glossybox to any beauty product fan as it helps to accumulate a pretty impressive collection that would ordinarily cost a lot more.

This month's subscription was a hit and miss (in my opinion) I wasnt a fan of receiving a nail polish since I can shamefully say that I am a nail biter, the rituals body scrub smells wonderful and I'm definitely trying it when I'm going to hop in and shower; the lip balm is great (I recieved the raspberry and rhubarb one) it feels great on the lips. The avant face scrub is very expensive and I feel like because it was that expansive, we were given cheaper products along with it and in my opinion I would prefer to recieve all medium priced products instead of one expensive and others being way cheaper.
