GLAMGLOW Supermud Clearing Treatment

I havent got sensitive skin and when i applied this, my face started burning not even 1 minute into it being on so i gently washed it off and my skin was pure red and just kept getting redder and burning. Took 2 layers of aveeno baby moisteriser and half an hour later for my face to calm down so its a no for me.

I find this mask is a bit much to use over the whole face. It goes quite tight and feels like it has menthol in it, as its not particularly comfortable to wear. It does however do a fab job at clearing up a spot, so I tend to dab it on where it's needed - leave it 15 mins and wash it off. A couple of treatments over a couple of days and the spot disappears. So I now buy a small tube, as its enough for how I use it.

I use this on my T-zone, where I'm most oily. It smells very much like liquorice, which i love! It does sting a wee bit when it first goes on, but so do a lot of detoxing masks. It's so satisfying to see the oil it's pulled out of pores as it dries! My nose especially benefits from this and looks smooth and clear after I use it. I only use this once a week as it is quite strong.

I don’t have extremely blemished skin but I do suffer from blackheads around my t-zone. I purchased this in a set which included a glam glow serum and illuminated too. I use a brush to apply to my face as it can be a little messy. It has a cooling sensation when you first apply it and after a minute or so begins to tingle, it has a strong scent but is not offensive. As the mask drys you can feel it tighten your skin and the masks show where any blocked pokes are which is very satisfying to see. The dark colour means it has stained a few of my remover pads but overall makes your face feel so clean and refreshed. I wouldn’t reccomend it as a pre make up mask as it is quite intense but for a Sunday evening pamper sesh it is perfect

This mask has the WEIRDEST sensation when you apply it to your face. First thing to note is that if your skin is extremely sensitive then I'd recommend a patch test as it is very intense. It almost feels like it's burning for the first few minutes. I was so close to just wiping it off. After the tingling dies down you can feel the mask pulling the toxins and dirt from your skin! Again, super weird. It contains activated charcoal which is great for extracting the dirt that most masks miss. I left it on for about 15 minutes and after wiping off my face was so red. Definitely not a pre night out mask in my opinion. I will say my complexion looked amazing this morning and my skin is very smooth. I'll have to try it a few more times to get a better idea of whether it's worth the money or not.

Think it deserves 3.5 stars it’s a nice mask you can see as its drying, where all the dirt is being drawn from your pores or just highlighting them...it definitely made my skin softer...but for £42 I expected my pores to be completely clear. would probably buy again but if it’s on offer...fl

I wanted to use ALL of them together so they'd have equal amount of usages but I decided to go Solo on them so I can see proper results of each individual mask and what works for my skin or not    I chose the Supermud Clearing Treatment to start off with as it claims to fights problem skin and skin imperfections with a blend of six acids, activated-x charcoal, and K-17 clay. The SUPER 6 Acid Blend helps loosen dead skin cells to exfoliate and sweep them away, leaving fresh, smooth skin behind. It may look like it's tiny, like fits in the palm of your hand small, but you know what it's travel sizes like these that are great for trying out new products. This mask is absolutely fascinating. You can actually see it pulling all the gunk out of your face! My pores were completely invisible, no blackheads left over, and my skin was so soft! I did need to use a moisturizer after because it pulled all the oil out and I felt pretty tight, but that is totally fine with me.   I'm in love my face feels great and watching the mask go from black to that final weird color was pretty sweet

I have such awful skin always have done and I really struggle with pores. This has totally blown me away. The reduction in pore size and blackheads is amazing. I have tried so many different things from prescription and dermatologist suggested treatments but this has trumped it all. Costly but worth it and like most people say it does last a long time.

This face mask is the best! I try others...they don't compare to this. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. It helps with breakouts and reduces redness very quickly! Great as a whole face treatment or on blemishes. I absolutely love this!!!!!

I purchased this as a christmas gift for my mum as I had heard such great things, she loved it and told me I had to try it out! From the first use I was impressed! My pores definitely looked much clearer and reduced. The areas I used the mask on were left feeling so soft and smooth. I have since been using a sample which has nearly ran out but I will be trying other masks from the GLAMGLOW range! I only marked it down for the price but a little does seem to go a long way!
