this palette looked like the perfect palette with all the colours I'd normally use. Not expensive at about £10 so I shouldn't have expected much but the colour pay off is horrible. So hard to get the colours to actually show up, the amount of fallout is sad. Revolution palettes always look awesome but unfortunately just don't work well.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, medium tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is red, processed with normal texture.
I can't say I particularly cared for this palette, I found it to be very hit 'n' miss with the shades. Some were great, good pigment and easy to blend, others not so much so. I do love my revolution palettes, sadly this one just didn't work as well as others have for me. On first impressions, it contains a good shade range, with a mix of matte & shimmers. The packaging is nice, I do personally prefer a larger shadow pan, these are quite small but you are getting 30 different shades so a really good choice. I did find that a good number of the shadows had quite a bit of fall out, didn't hate it, but didn't love it either.

Love this palette. I usually use these colours when im blending out my eyeshadows in the crease bit and just near the brow... however they do have quite abit of fallout

I am in my mid 30's with normal, tanned tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is medium brown, asian with normal texture.
I bought this under the impression that the colours would be very pigmented. BUT... they weren’t. The fall out is also shocking. I don’t have this issue with any other revolution pallet I’ve got or even tried.. to make an actual look that works I needed to layer up the colours! More than I should’ve needed to. I gave this pallet to my mum as she doesn’t really wear make up much and doesn’t like dark make up she’s yet to use it yet. But it’s a NO from me.

I love the variety of colours and finishes e.g. matte, shimmer etc i wear the node colours everyday and there is so much of a selection you can get many looks. For me there are too many similar dark shades which I wouldn't wear as often and don't give as much colour so you really need to layer some of these to get them to show like the pallette. However some of the other shades do show up really well. Overall I would recommend this to anyone as it has a nice variety to try. I wouldn't buy again as I would get a different MR pallette. I don't often by the same thing twice..apart from foundation

Overall the palette is really nice. Nice variation of shades with a mix of textures (shimmer, matte etc.). I find the 'nude' shades are very nice, blend well, easy to build coverage. The baked shades are highly pigmented and work great with the given shades. I find it's the darker shades which let this palette down as they're not as pigmented on a brush but overall it's a good palette and great for beginners! The brush inside is nothing special but it's always nice to have a brush included :)

I am in my mid 20's with combination, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is medium brown, normal with fine texture.
Love this pallete as it includes a wide enough variety of colours to make several eye looks out of this alone. Each matte shade is just as pigmented as the other whereas some, but not all, of the shimmer shades arent quite as pigmented and intense as i would like them to be. The big mirror it comes with is incredible as its so large and great for travel. Only two complaints i have is that 1. its quite hard to get hold of so if your looking to buy it get it off e.g superdrug and 2. the brush is useless. Overall would highly recommend to anyone.

The colour ranges and the range of mattes and shimmers in this palette you really can't go wrong for the price! It applies to the lid really nicely and can also be made a lot darker with a damp brush to (I find some of the colours are aren't to pigmented so need this) but for the price you really can't go wrong for an everyday palette would definitely buy again.
