Hi welcome back! 😊 I have oily skin which is prone to cystic acne. I wouldn’t say it’s the makeup causing your skin to breakout, but it could be if you are not removing it properly. I always ensure I use non comodeginc makeup (basically a posh way of saying it doesn’t block pores) which you can tell if it is by looking at the label. When removing makeup, ensure you cleanse first with an oil cleanser, then follow with a liquid cleanser. A Salicylic Acid serum like The Ordinary’s (very budget friendly at £6!) is really good to declogg your pores after cleansing. After that, just follow up with a gel Moisturiser and you’re good to go! x

Thankyou so much might have to buy some new cleansers I normally just get a cotton pad and a biore micellar water not that great tbh but I’ll take in mind what you said I really don’t focus on my skin as much and that’s what I really should do 😂 x

I've found cleaning my brushes/sponges every use and doing a double cleanse when removing my makeup helps a lot. But I still get spots lol however the amount of them isn't as bad since I've been following these steps x
