Satin Lipstick Twig

This was part of the Summer Vibes Kit from MAC only available at Boots. This is the first lipstick that I have tried from M. A. C. and I am pleased with the results. This is the most perfect nude for me, and the finish is just lovely. My lips or I should explain the skin on my lips are very dry and every lipstick that I try makes them peel. Even if I have used a scrub before putting on any lipstick until this one. No peeling and lasts. This is the nude that can be worn with jeans and t-shirts, or smart casual or even that special work out that you wear when you want to seem confident in a situation that makes you feel unease. The creamy texture of the lipstick is easy to apply either directly from the bullet or using a lip brush for a more polished look. It can also be worn with or without a lip liner – I haven’t tried it and would love to know what shade works well with it. A trip to my local MAC Store will sort that out and I cannot wait.

I again got this in my cosmetips box and was loving the satin feel of the lipstick. I got the shade in Ruby woo which is like an iconic shade even though red isn't for me as I rarely wear it and prefer deeper shades but this surprised me and looked not bad on. I found this easy to apply and loved how it looked overall. I would defo invest in more suitable shades that do suit my skin tone like mauves, browns etc which are more my go to shades but this has brought me out of my comfort zone and I will try wearing this more often to get used to it.

Love love love these, they don’t budge at all and the colour range is amazing. They also last such a long time and barely transfer, they can sometimes be a bit drying but not to the point where it’s an issue or it makes the application or wearing it unpleasant ☺️

I have over 50 mac lipsticks, ridiculous I know but I love them. Have never found any other lipsticks that compare, I've tried all the different ranges lustre, matte, satin and liquid. There shade range is amazing, they last ages and they don't transfer. My ride or die shades are relentlessly red, velvet Teddy, honey love and whirl.

This is my go to now I love it it lasts for ages without having to touch it up and suits my skin tone very well I usually don't like lipstick but I will be using this all the time now! 😂💛

I own a few Mac lippies, few different consistencies matte, lustre, satin etc. Me of course being a little bit of a hoarder for lipsticks I tend to try and find a cheaper one just for cost reasons and everyday wear. And then because I just have an obsession with lipstick. But I swear when I reach for Mac I remember why I buy them. I reached for one and I’d forgot how good it was. It glides on and adds colour. I used a matte lipstick tonight and the colour just sat on my lips perfectly. After some tea and wagon wheels 😂there’s still colour within my lips. What I like about it is the lipsticks aren’t heavy. There’s no real colour transfer On the lipstick. They are a little bit on the pricey side. I think they are worth it. Definitely give it a go

I’m amazed with this lipstick!!!! I would definitely recommend it’s so nice and goes with a lot of makeup looks. I wouldn’t fault it one bit! I do a lot of makeup looks and so far yet it has gone with all of them. It’s lasts well and doesn’t just slide off your lips and such an easy application!

I own a few MAC lipsticks, and I'd happily buy more. They're super comfortable, don't feather on my lips, and last a decent while for a bullet lipstick. Definitely looking to buy more!

I use Mac lipsticks. I use the Mac Matte lipstick in the colour Mehr. It’s not too much. I also use the Mac satin in the colour Verve. I absolutely love them. They are my favourite I wear them all the time. I always buy them when I’m running out and I always will.

I've heard a lot of people slate mac lipsticks but honestly I absolutely love them I like the satin finish lipsticks that's my favourite formula from there stunning lasts a decent amount for a nourishing lipstick and such stunning shade ranges.
