Loved this balm cleanser. Melts makeup effortlessly. Great at removing mascara. Doesn’t leave a film over skin. Effective, simples works amazingly well. Worth the money!

I love Clinique products in general, but this one I'm using almost every night to remove my makeup. It removes waterproof mascara and eyeliner like a dream. It's such an easy and effective makeup remover to use...I scoop out a small amount of the solid balm and dab it on my face and gently massage it in. In just a few seconds the makeup is all dissolved. Once I've done that, I then rinse it off, no other cleanser required. Even if I use a toner afterwards, the cotton pad almost always comes off clean. The balm has a texture like coconut oil - when it's solid and it quickly dissolves at skin temperature. I've got 2 years since I first started to use it. I'm really impressed with it as it's really gentle on my face, doesn't dry my skin and doesn't break me out. Really recommend it.

I have tried a few and I always come back to this, yes it's expensive but it does the job better than any others, love how it doesn't irritate the skin and it does last a good while. I'd never go back to just cleansers alone now.

I tried this thinking I'd love it, but it nipped my skin and really burner when I removed eye makeup with it. Lush's Ultrabland or Eve Lom's cleanser are far better!

Cleansing balms are the best for my mature skin as they’re extra hydrating! I’ve used this as a double cleanse when wearing makeup and it works a treat! My skin felt clean fresh and nourished plus it removes all of my makeup, even my long lasting foundation without feeling greasy!

This isn't the cheapest cleanser, but it is worth splashing out on. It removes make up easily and leaves your skin feeling clean and soft. I also like using mine with a silicone "scrubber", as it is quite oily in texture so isn't too harsh on the skin.

Removes everything

This balm is the only balm I will use now to remove makeup. I do not use it every day or very often, it’s more when I wear heavier looking makeup after special events or evenings out. It is effortless and removes everything so easily and doesn’t feel harsh on your skin. A bonus is after you’ve used it your face feels super smooth, and not on anyway greasy as some similar products to. Worth the price!

I don't use this cleansing balm everyday, but after a night out this is a dream. It just melts away heavy make up in seconds and is so much easier and better for the skin than a make up wipe. It is pricey however one pot will last ages! I honestly don't think I will never not own one of these. It's a staple. Just don't get this in your eyes! Doesn't sting, just makes them feel gooey for the rest of the night haha!

This balm is the most excellent thing I’ve ever used. It takes your makeup off so easily. You just rub the balm into your skin and it literally melts away any makeup that you have on. I don’t know how I ever managed without it. Definitely a new part of my skincare routine permanently now.

Love this balm! It is quick and easy to use so perfect for when I'm in a rush and want to take off the majority of my makeup at once. It takes of heavy eye makeup without leaving any trace of mascara or eyeliner, all I have to do is rub it on my face and eyes and wipe away with a flannel. It leaves my face soft and smooth. It has an oily texture which I was worried about as I have oily skin but it didn't bring me out in any spots . It's expensive but you get a lot of product
