So I like this foundation. On application it doesn't actually seem luminous to me, I think it gets luminous as it settles on the skin. It is not really a sheer formula but I do need more than I would usually use, which means for that price it would not last long. After application it looks pretty beautiful on the skin, I will admit. However, I need to powder it much more during the day than I would other foundations so that's a minus for me. I want to feel beautiful numerous hours, not just when I apply it wish something so expensive. But yeah it looks really nice, and while it gets quite oily, it does not separate weird as it wears so for people who can afford this foundation no problem, go for it, you'll probably like it. For gals on budget like me, eeeh maybe not. I only got it as a tester so yeah, won't be purchasing it.

I am in my mid 20's with acne/problem, fair tone skin and green eyes. My hair is dark brown, normal with normal texture.
I’ve seen many a review for this product so decided to bite the bullet and purchase and I’m sorry to say was disappointed.
There are a fantastic range of shades which give an air brushed finished, however I did find that that the product gave a much lighter coverage than I was expecting / hoped for and whilst buildable I did need to use A LOT of product to get the desired effect.
Overall a good product but I wouldn’t buy again

Bought after deciding to try out higher end priced foundation with great reviews and wasn’t disappointed!
My face looks flawless and it really does give me a confidence boost. With having to wear masks a lot the amount of spots I’m getting makes me feel so self conscious as I just feel like I always face spots around my mouth now instead of just Mother Nature time. But this covers them soo well. A little really does do a lot. I’m excited about getting up for work and doing my hair up

Bit disappointed with this one.
Pros - gave me an airbrushed finish and good range of shades.
Cons - did not last, moved all over my face as the day went on, transferred onto my mask and the coverage was alot lighter than I had hoped.
A decent foundation but I probably wouldn't purchase again.

Since I've discovered this foundation I keep recommending it to everyone I talk about makeup. I've got it in 3 shades #2, #3, #4 to make sure I'm covered for every season 😅 It makes my skin look flawles, fresh and younger. I always apply it with a beauty sponge and set it around my eyes, nose and forhead. It is a glowy foundation so I wouldn't recommend it for oily Skin... otherwise I can't say any cons for this one🤩

Has a beautiful finish as it says leaving my skin looking fresh and dewy with the perfect amount of coverage. Covered my blemishes and dark spots on my face and applies looking like skin. Perfect light to medium coverage.

I am in my late teens/early 20's with normal, olive tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, processed with normal texture.
I am in my early thirties, fair with neutral undertones, light pigment spots, combination skin. I live in The Netherlands.
My budget full coverage foundation adhered to my dry patches too much, so I searched for a foundation fit for dry skin / combination skin.
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk was one that often came up. I decided to take the plunge. I ordered color 2. The color matches my skin tone well. A tad light, but invisible on my jaw line.
It comes in a nice bottle with a pump. The foundation is thin, but not runny. It dries down quickly.
I pump some on the back of my hand, put dots on a section of my face and blend it with my damp beautyblender.
The coverage is sheer. It can be build up to medium. The finish is satin. It does not oxidize on me, nor does it emphasize my pores and fine lines.
It looks much better on my drier areas than my previous foundation, but I do have to be careful not too apply too much.
It does not seperate on me. It evens out my skin tone, without caking. It feels very light weight. I apply it on top of a primer and finish it with nyx setting powder and setting spray.
The transfer is minimal. It wears off nicely and lasts a couples of hours (6 to 8). It is easy to remove. It has not broke me out and I don't find it very drying.
I like the feel and finish of this foundation, but I do find it a bit too sheer and it was quite expensive. After I finish this bottle, I will give a different foundation a try. Until then, I am happy. I might rebuy if I can't find a better one.

I found this foundation to be a great product . It doesn't feel heavy on the skin . Perfect for summer or anyone who prefers a lighter coverage . It does balance out and even out the skin tone . It gives a lovely luminous ( almost dewy ) effect to the skin . It was easy to apply and was long lasting . There was no caking or creasing , which is important for mature skin . I was really impressed with the product itself and feel it is definitely worth buying . That's another foundation on my wish list !

I tried this foundation recently and it was lightweight and easy to apply however, it only gives a light coverage and isn’t the most amazing foundation I have used. I felt like it didn’t sit well on my skin and didn’t suit me. It left my skin looking slighty cakey and didn’t give me the luminous hydrating silky look I was hoping for. Unfortunately for me I would not purchase this as it is pricey and isn’t the right foundation for me.
