I got this product in a glossy box Advent calender. Its not usually something I tend to use but I was intrigued by the texture and I had use of it in mind for Instagram. The shade I used was 313 which is a gorgeous metallic gold/bronze color. Its really pigmented, smooth and non patchy. I feel like the best easy to use this is to swipe the product vs patting if you're placing it in a specific place, as its almost a jelly texture, this helps it to go on totally smooth. Its very creamy and easy to work with. And also dries down matte so it won't budge at all! This was where it was unexpected fomore...r me. My eyes are hooded so I expected it to create, gloop up and transfer but actually when it dried down it was completely budge proof. If you're after a metallic shadow you can just pop on and go then i would reccomend try this one

I have a few rainbow eyeshadow palettes in my collection and when this one came out I refused to give into the hype, instead choosing to wait until I saw reviews and to see if I still wanted it. So two months after realise I treat myself and wow it was worth it. There are some niggly bits people pick at over the packaging but for me I've had no issues as I keep mine in the box and well looked after so I haven't had any shades fall out or a lot of mess from the shadows themselves. Packaging aside the formula of these shadows are amazing. Because it is a pressed pigment palette, designed by anmore... artist for artists it really is next level. Everything is so smooth, easily blend able and build able. Not patchiness, no crumbling, ultra pigmented. I could go on. The next best shadows for me to these are the Jeffree Star formula, only without some of the shades being dry.. This beautybay palette isn't dry feeling at all. The pan sizes are HUGE and there is a multitude of ways you could wear the shades.. On the eyes, on the cheeks, temples etc wherever you feel like! Its a makeup artists best friend

So I bought this a while back, before I was really getting into my skincare. I thought it was something I needed to add into my routine and id heard that cbd was great for dry skin so I picked this up. First impressions were that when it was kept in the fridge it would provide a nice cooling Mist to the skin which was lovely in the warmer weather, but aside from that it didn't do too much. Negatives were that It would irritate my skin slightly if I used too much or if I sprayed too close to my face. In the time since then I've just come to realise that this was a pointless product. It contaimore...ns so much fragrance it actually irritates my skin even more so now. I hadn't used it in a while and sprayed some on today (I've left Fragrance skincare out of my routine for a while and my skins adapted to that) and my forehead which had the most product on, just immediately began warming up and reacting to the product and my skin was itchy there for a good half hour afterwards. I feel like its a waste of money. I appreciate that Revolution skincare is an affordable brand and they strive to bring products for everyone to the table at a reasonable price point, which is admirable. But this essence spray massively misses the mark. There is too much fragrance which irritates the skin, so if you're sensitive AVOID.. and it offers little to nothing in terms of hydration. If you are looking at this solely for hydration then you're best off spending your money on a serum, the brand does many serums at a great price point. Or failing that, £6 is better spent on The Ordinary'S hyaluronic acid serum which will give you the hydration you seek.

For the sole purpose of washing your face this is THE best cleanser I've ever used. I wear a lot of makeup so I wash my face a lot. I wash once in the morning, and double cleanse at night if I have worn makeup that day. I haven't used this as a cleanser to remove makeup so I can't judge it on that, but I will judge it as a face wash. Because I cleanse my skin so much weekly I'm at risk of really stripping my skin and I have struggled with that before. Some face washes I've found are too drying, while others just don't leave me feeling clean enough. This for me, with having a dry skin type, more...is perfect. It's everything I need. The texture is brilliant, it easily, gently but effectively cleanses the skin and because it has squalene in it, it won't dry the skin out. My only niggle with this cleanser is the size of it. So I got this in a 'daily set' and in conjuction with the other products my skin has been PHENOMENAL, however the 50ml tube just hasn't lasted me! It's around 5-6 pounds for this size which isn't too bad. But I've ended up biting the bullet and upgrading to the largest size of 150ml because I love it so much and it's had me gritting my teeth with the £13 price tag! I've NEVER spent that much money on a face wash it's almost absurd to me haha But if that doesn't show you how much I'm loving this cleanser then I don't know what will! Completely worth a go if your skin is on the dryer side, or even if your skin is any other type and you're tired of your skin feeling so dry right after cleansing.

I've tried sooo many different moisturisers during the last year but this one has fast become a new fave. I've been using it in conjuction with the other products in the 'daily set' by this brand and have really seen a great improvement with my dry skin. You only need a small amount, I use slightly over a pea sized amount. It's sinks into the skin really well and stretches way further than you'd expect it to. It also really locks in any serums you've put on beforehand. It has a slightly mattifying texture so will moisturise and lock in hydration without leaving your face overly glowy. I'm persmore...onally in two minds about whether I like that finish or not, but tbh whenever I want extra glow without makeup I usually just spritz a little facial spray on and that does the trick.

I have dry skin and no amount of various different moisturisers and sheet masks have really kept my skin well hydrated. Til I came across a daily set by this brand. Since using the products in that set I've really seen a change in my skin. I use this serum twice a day and it's perfect for keeping my skin soft, subtle and hydrated throughout winter. For me it's really been a game changer, so if you are on the lookout for an affordable serum to lock in hydration then I 100% reccomend this one.. I love it that much I've got a Supersize bottle on the way!
